ABOUT FILEVAULT

Over the years and through dozens of discussions about off-site records storage, our management team consistently heard a common set of frustrations from the administrators, records managers and controllers we met with. We came to one important conclusion. These problems were not only valid, they were completely avoidable.

When we began FileVault, we set out to introduce a new standard in off- site records management— one that addressed the common concerns of the customer. Not only have we chosen to support the customer’s perspective when designing our processes, we have built our entire business around it. Timely deliveries and pickups, rapid response to questions, and friendly, locally-owned operations characterize the way we do business.
